News, community events and stories from Oasis Still Waters Ltd.
Oasis Still Waters is a growing Kenyan drinking water company committed to providing quality purified water and dependable service to households, businesses, institutions and events.
From our production base in Kadongo, we have progressively expanded our distribution footprint to bring Oasis Still Waters closer to customers across the region.
On August 20th, 2026, riders from across Homa Bay County and beyond gathered on the shores of Lake Victoria for the Rusinga Cycling Competition — a day of races, community spirit and scenic lakeside routes across Rusinga Island. Oasis Still Waters Ltd was proud to stand alongside the organisers as an official partner, keeping every rider, marshal and spectator hydrated with purified drinking water from start to finish.
True to the event's theme — "Ride. Challenge. Discover Rusinga." — the competition brought together cyclists of all levels for a route that wound through the island's hills and along the water's edge, with the Oasis banner marking the starting point where teams gathered, checked their bikes and prepared for the day ahead.
For Oasis, sponsoring community sport is a natural extension of what the brand already stands for: reliability, endurance and showing up for the people of Homa Bay County — whether that's a household's daily water delivery or a rider's water bottle handed over mid-race. It was also a chance to meet many of the customers and neighbours the Kadongo, Migori, Oyugis and Mbita branches serve every day, face to face.
Congratulations to every rider who took part, and a big thank-you to the organisers for welcoming Oasis Still Waters as a partner. We're already looking forward to next year's edition — and to more community events across Homa Bay County in the meantime.
Oasis Still Waters Ltd was recently called on to supply purified drinking water for a public gathering attended by local leaders, officials and members of the community. Events like this bring together large crowds for hours at a time, and dependable hydration for everyone present — guests, dignitaries, organisers and security teams alike — is easy to take for granted until it isn't there.
It's the same reliable service Oasis brings to weddings, conferences, sports days, school functions and other gatherings across Homa Bay County: water delivered on time, in the quantities needed, so organisers can focus on the event itself.
From sports days to school functions, Oasis can help keep your event hydrated. Get in touch to talk about a partnership.
